1. Acceptance of Terms


These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Appliance Worx website at https://www.applianceworx.com/ (the "Site") and the appliance repair and maintenance services provided by Appliance Worx ("Appliance Worx," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, scheduling service, or authorizing work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.


2. Services


Appliance Worx provides residential appliance repair and maintenance services, including repair of refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, vent hoods, and microwaves, as well as dryer vent cleaning and appliance maintenance. We serve Solano County, Sacramento, and surrounding areas. California License #47531. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, if the appliance cannot reasonably be repaired, or if parts are unavailable.


3. Appointments and Scheduling


Appointment requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed until we contact you to confirm them. Arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by prior appointments, traffic, or parts availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.


4. Estimates and Payment


Before work begins, we will provide an estimate that includes parts, labor, and tax. Work will not begin without your approval. If additional issues are discovered during the repair, we will discuss them with you before performing any additional work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Warranty


Repairs performed by Appliance Worx include a one (1) year warranty on parts we install and a ninety (90) day warranty on labor, both starting on the date of repair. The warranty covers only the specific repair performed. It does not cover unrelated failures, damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, power surges, improper installation by others, or repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Appliance Worx.


6. Customer Responsibilities


You agree to provide accurate contact and appliance information, safe and clear access to the appliance, and an adult (18 or older) present during service. You are responsible for disclosing any known hazards at the service location.


7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appliance Worx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including food spoilage, loss of use, or property damage not caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.


8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms


Program description: If you opt in, Appliance Worx will send you customer care text messages related to your service, such as appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, support, and service updates.


How to opt in: You may opt in by selecting "Text" as your preferred contact method on our website contact form.


Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.


Costs: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.


Opting out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to purchase our services.


Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Privacy: Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at https://www.applianceworx.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any

third parties.


9. Use of the Site


You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false information, interfere with the Site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site. All content on the Site, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Appliance Worx or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.


10. Privacy


Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.applianceworx.com/privacy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.


11. Disclaimer
